We are a leading shoe and bag restoration service, specializing in cleaning and fixing of luxury and designer items, including premium leather materials. Our services include bag restoration, bag repair, dyeing, suede bag cleaning, revitalizing, coloring, cleansing, and refreshing. 

By enabling customers to repair or restyle their valuable shoes and bags, our company fosters sustainability and creativity. We offer restoration, repair, dyeing, cleaning, revitalizing, coloring, cleaning, and renewing services for suede bags as listed afore.

What you need to know; 

  • For insurance purposes, pictures of the shoes and any prior damage will be obtained.
  • Not all stains, grime, or acne can always be cleared due to the sensitive techniques required, particularly if they are deeply embedded or have been left untreated for an extended period of time.
  • Dyes could not be colorfast, and there could be some color loss or run.
  • If specific marks and grit cannot be removed during the cleaning process and may require restoration work to get the intended taste, customers will be informed.
  • Depending on the footwear and amount of work done, the typical cleaning procedure will take four to seven days.
  • For an additional fee per pair, express turnaround is available and takes two to three days.
  • It could take up to 14 days to complete the restoration.
  • In the case of damages, Since we cannot guarantee the quality of counterfeit shoes, we will not take any responsibility for damages made. 
  • Please be aware that we are not liable for shoebox damage caused during transition
  • Although we make every effort to return your shoes to you in perfect condition, we cannot promise that any of our cleaning and restoration treatments will fully eliminate bad odors.
  • There will be an additional fee for any shoes that are not picked up within three months.

  • We never knowingly dispatch or attempt to deliver damaged goods. Occasionally, however, things do get lost or damaged in transit. For this reason, our delivery charges include insurance where we deem necessary.

How to use our service

  • Visit the website home page and complete the entry form. Once you have read and understood these terms and conditions, submit your Request.
  • We review your request, and a member of our team will reach out to you with a quote. 
  • Once a quote is accepted, you will then receive a confirmation mail including the details of your order.  
  • Unless otherwise specified, all prices on email quotations do not include VAT. 
  • If you ask for a modification to the work to be done, we reserve the right to raise the order’s cost.

Assessment 

  • Upon receiving your items, We will conduct an additional evaluation of their condition to ascertain whether we can fulfill your order in accordance with the initial quote given, or if a detailed examination of the item or items has shown that we can only fulfill your order in accordance with a revised quote. If we are able to fulfill your order in accordance with the terms of the preliminary quote, we will send you an email confirming acceptance of your order, at which point a legally binding agreement will be formed between us.  
  • We will contact you by phone or email as soon as it is possible to do so if, after carefully reviewing your items, we determine that we can only fulfill your order based on an alternative quote rather than the indicative preliminary quote we previously provided. At this point, we will give you the option to withdraw or proceed with the order, or a portion of it; if you accept the revised quote, we will send you an email acknowledging our acceptance of your order according to the revised quote, at which point a legally binding agreement will take effect. 

Cancellation 

  • Should you reject the updated quote or If we don’t hear back from you within 30 days of submitting the updated quote, we will return your belongings and charge you for any delivery fees. 
  • Our obligation to perform the cleaning, restoration or repair service you contract us, will only come into force once we have received payment from you according to the terms stated in the email confirming acceptance of your order
  • We may occasionally charge you interest at a rate of 4% annually above National Westminster Bank Plc’s base lending rate if you do not make any payment within thirty days of our email confirming acceptance of your order. 
  • The Consumers’ Rights Act of 2015 gives you a 14-day window in which to cancel your order. This 14-day period will start as soon as we send you an email confirming that your order has been accepted. There is no assurance that you will get a full or partial refund if you cancel your order. This will depend on a number of things, including when we learn of your cancellation.
  • We will provide you a complete refund, subject to deductible administrative, delivery, and handling costs, if we learn of your cancellation request before the requested services are delivered.
  • If we learn of your cancellation request after we’ve started providing the services but they’re still in progress, we’ll try to provide you a pro rata refund. It is also important to note that If we offer a pro rata reimbursement, administrative, delivery, handling, and cost of work deductions will apply.
  • You will not be able to cancel your order, and we reserve the right to do so, if we receive notification of your cancellation request after we have completed the work or, in any case, 14 days after the date on which we acknowledged our acceptance of your order.

Service provider contract termination; We may immediately terminate any agreement that we have with you and cancel your order in any of the following scenarios; 

  • You fail to pay us when it is due, and even after we remind you that it is due, you still fail to do so within seven days.
  • You fail to give us the information we think is required to deliver the services within a reasonable amount of time after we request it;
  • After beginning the services, we find any latent defects, damage, deterioration, or structural disrepair to the items that make it impossible for us to provide the contracted services
  • Changes in our operational, staffing, or business capacity prevent us from fulfilling your order after it has been accepted but before the services begin.
  • An uncontrollable event, such as a labor strike, weather-related disaster, disease outbreak, fire, criminal act, or terrorist act, may make it impossible for us to provide the services at any point after we accept your order.

Work Time Frame;  

  • Depending on the services ordered, we anticipate a service turnaround time of 3-6 weeks.  Complex tasks may require 6-8 weeks or longer. However, Shoe Care Plus is not liable for service delays brought on by unanticipated events or extra needs.

 

Changes: We retain the right, at any time and without prior notice, to modify our terms and conditions.
